St. George

Playing with Grandma Barnard.

It was such nice weather that we decided to go for a walk one evening. This was the first time Hunter rode in his stroller upright like a big boy. As you can see from the picture he looks a little uneasy about the situation, but he had a blast. Hunter is very aware of his surroundings. Nothing gets past him so he quite enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood watching every car, person, tree, or house we passed.

Monday afternoon, Craig and I went to the dinosaur museum. It was quite interesting. Craig and I also enjoyed some hiking and a night out while Grandma Barnard enthusiastically volunteered to babysit. It was a nice getaway for our little family. We loved the weather!! It was so nice that Craig got to play some tennis with his dad one morning. We did not miss the snow or the cold at all. I especially enjoyed our little escape because I had spent the last three days sitting in a courtroom as a juror. Friday we spent 6 hours in deliberation and still failed to come up with a unanim0us verdict. I was not looking forward to our retun Tuesday to pick up where we left off. After 4 more hours we finally came to an agreement. I hope to never serve on a jury again, it is too emotionally stressful. Thank goodness for sunny St. George to brighten up a dismal week!

Seriously! You were in jury duty for that long!? I'm sooo sorry! I'm glad you guys got to get away after that. I'm jealous that you and Em were both in St. George! Maybe we need to do a buddy trip down there sometime!

Janae! I ran into your parents last night and they game me their blog and yours...SO CUTE! Your little Hunter is such a doll! You look great and your family looks SO HAPPY! It was also fun to see pictures of "skinny Clayson" in Brazil. So fun. Can I put your blog as a link on our blog so my family can see you guys?

Thanks for the great music ideas. I really like Beck, but haven't ever bought or downloaded any of the songs, just enjoyed them on the radio. I really like the Happy Tunes 3 idea! Let's do it!

I have been away too long! You have lots of new pics. Hunter is getting to be quite the little man. I love your site, what with the music and all. I didn't know you could do that. Well actually, I do now that you can do it, but I don't think I could figure it out!
